You attended, followed the course, and passed. The course is demanding, so this already means something: you know the method and its foundations. It's an honest starting point.
MAHG Certified Professional
A credential that travels with the people who earn it.
MAHG Certified Professional is my own certification. It isn't issued by an institution; it's issued by me, to people who have studied this method with me and proven they can apply it. Wherever I teach and whoever brings me in, the credential is mine to grant and yours to keep, publicly verifiable for as long as it stands.
What it takes
This isn't a course you pass by showing up. It's roughly 60 hours of real work: about 40 in the classroom — hard theory, group and individual presentations, and a heavy core of hands-on labs — plus around 20 hours of online practice, a quiz, and a final project. The exact hours depend on the person, but the labs are the heart of it. You don't leave knowing about the method. You leave having built with it.
Four levels
Each level is a step closer to my own professional standard. They aren't graded on a curve; they reflect what I can honestly vouch for about a person.
Professional
You didn't just pass; you convinced me you can do the work. The test I apply is simple and personal: would I bring this person to work with me, or in my company, doing what I taught them? If yes, Professional. This level certifies capability, not attendance.
Magister
Being tutored by me isn't something either of us chooses — thesis assignments come as they come. And it's no free pass. Having your thesis under my direction makes you eligible for Magister, not entitled to it. I apply the same question I always do: is this work at Magister level? If it is, Magister. If it isn't, you earn the level you actually reached — Professional or Participant. This level recognizes real depth: producing serious work with the method, to my standard.
Magister Honors
Everything Magister asks for, plus a different order of excellence. The question here is sharper: could this person one day do what I do? The rare student with the talent and judgment I'd want as a teaching assistant earns it. If not, the work is weighed against the other levels like anyone else's. It's the highest thing I can vouch for, and I don't grant it lightly.
Verification
Every credential is backed by a signed token and the Open Badges 2.0 standard, which means anyone — an employer, a client, a peer — can verify it publicly, without contacting me, at verify.mcp.mahg.es. The credential proves itself.
